Vincent Leo Frank Aikins is the Managing Partner of the firm. Vincent was called to the Ghana Bar in 1993 after graduating from the University of Ghana. Vincent is also the Chairman of the Governing Council of ThinkGhana, a not-for-profit organization involved in corporate governance and related human rights issues in Ghana.

Joe Aboagye Debrah is Senior Partner of the firm. Joe is skilled and experienced in securities law and corporate law practice. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 1994. He is the former Legal Adviser of the Ghana Stock Exchange and Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Ghana Breweries Limited. Joe is also the Founder/CEO of ThinkGhana.

Kwame Anyimadu-Antwi is a Partner. He brings to the firm a wealth of experience in Intellectual Property and Litigation practice. Kwame holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1995. He is in charge of the law offices in Kumasi, Ghana’s second biggest city. Kwame also lectures at the Law Faculty of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST), Kumasi. Kwame is also a director of ThinkGhana.
